Marco Onofri

Marco Onofri has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Marco is currently the Human Resources Director at GFL Cosmetics, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, Marco co-founded RoadJob and served as the Vice President since June 2019. Before venturing into entrepreneurship, they worked at RODACCIAI SPA for a substantial amount of time, holding multiple roles within the HR department. From January 2019 to April 2023, Marco was the HR Manager. Previously, they served as an HR Business Partner from January 2015 to December 2018, a Human Resources Specialist from April 2012 to December 2014, and an HR Intern from October 2011 to April 2012. Marco's early career involved working as a Chef de Partie at Club Gascon | Gascon Connection from January 2004 to December 2005.

Marco Onofri completed an Erasmus program in the Faculty of Law at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2008. Marco then pursued a Laurea triennale in Political Science at the Università degli Studi di Milano, which they completed from 2006 to 2009. Afterward, they continued their education at the same university, obtaining a Laurea specialistica in Sociology from 2009 to 2011.
