Mark Brown

Mark Brown currently serves as the Dallas Division President at GFO Home, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this role, Mark held the title of Chief Operating Officer at Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity from November 2019 to July 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing homebuilding operations, developing land strategies for low-income housing, and implementing quality standards. Mark's extensive experience in the homebuilding industry also includes over two decades at K. Hovnanian Homes, where roles included Area President and Area Manager, focusing on planning, land acquisition, operations, and financial results across multiple counties. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Baylor University, earned in 1987.
