Shelly Boulter-Ayers

Shelly Boulter-Ayers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing within the residential real estate sector. Currently serving as the Austin Division President at GFO Home since February 2019, Shelly has also held the titles of Austin Division Manager and VP of Sales & Marketing at the same organization. Prior to GFO Home, Shelly was the Director of Sales & Marketing at Century Communities, Inc. in 2017 and 2018 and served as Sales Director at Brookfield Residential from May 2015 to April 2016. Shelly began a successful career at Gehan Homes, where from November 2007 to May 2015, Shelly held the position of Sales Manager.
