Darrin Carroll

Darrin joined gforce in 2015 and is the Manager of gforce Youth Employment, the Transition to Work Program delivered to the Ballarat, Maryborough, and Geelong regions on behalf of the Federal Government.

Darrin has extensive experience working within the employment, education, and training sectors, having spent over 25 years working across Australian & State government-based contracts. Darrin has qualifications in Human Resources and has spent the last 15 years in senior management & leadership roles in Employment Services, NEIS, LL&N, Local Learning Networks, and Youthworks overseeing the management and service delivery across multiple states including Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania.
