Joanna Monahan is the principal at Monahan Legal.

Joanna is a taxation and superannuation expert and has a Master of Laws, with a focus in taxation. Joanna is a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in Tax Law. In these areas she provides practical advice to accountants, businesses and individuals in relation to business structuring, succession planning, business agreements, agribusiness and asset protection.

As the next step in Joanna’s career she has opened a practice on the Bellarine Peninsula to provide legal advice in relation to broader issues such as commercial contracts, property transactions and wills and estates, whilst also advising in the specialist areas such as tax and superannuation.

Joanna is looking forward to sharing the knowledge she has acquired to support her local community and to continue working in the areas of tax and superannuation.
