Todd Devine

Todd holds a Bachelor of Business (Property), is a Certified Practicing Valuer and member of the Australian Property Institute.

For over 20 years he has worked in the property industry as a valuer and property consultant predominantly within Victoria. He established his own consultancy practice, Devine Mapleson Property Consultants in Geelong in 1999 which he successfully managed until 2009 when it merged with other businesses to create Opteon (Victoria), the largest independent valuation and property consultancy firm in Victoria.

In 2012 he sold his interests in this business and his current role is as General Manager, Property for Costa Asset Management. Todd is a graduate of the Leaders for Geelong program and is an active member of the Geelong community, including being a committee member of the St Joseph’s Football and Netball Club, a Director of St Laurence Housing Ltd and is an external committee member of the Central Geelong Task Force Special Committee (overseeing the redevelopment of Central Geelong).
