Angelica Acosta, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales operations, account management, and technical direction across various industries. Currently serving as Sales Operations Manager at GFR Pharma Ltd. since May 2020, Angelica leads both internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction while optimizing processes for efficiency and profitability. Previous roles include Technical Director at TC Transcontinental, Senior Sales Consultant at Columbia Plastics Ltd., and Sales Manager at ProAmpac, among others.
