Oleksiy Smagin

Oleksiy Smagin is an accomplished technical consultant and solution architect with extensive experience in cloud solutions, big data, and Java technologies. Currently with GFT Group since January 2022, Oleksiy specializes in Azure and GCP. Previously held roles include solution architect and technical lead at EPAM Systems and Luxoft, where contributions involved developing business applications for a top-tier investment bank. Oleksiy has also served as an assistant professor at Donetsk National Technical University and has held various software development positions across multiple companies, focusing on Java-related technologies. Oleksiy holds Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert and Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect certifications, alongside a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Donetsk National Technical University.
