Aad Schoenmakers

Aad Schoenmakers is the owner of MENSenWERK COACHING, a practice focused on personal and career development since December 2012. Additionally, Aad serves as an external confidant for several organizations, including Xpect013, Technische Universiteit Eindhoven, and various municipalities such as Laarbeek and Gemert-Bakel. Since December 2021, Aad has been involved with GGD Brabant-Zuidoost and stichting PaON, offering support and guidance in confidential matters. Aad's extensive education includes a degree in Physics from Delft University of Technology and various certifications in transformation psychology and trustworthiness from multiple institutes from 2012 to 2025.
