Jan Dokter

Jan Dokter is an experienced interim manager and consultant, currently leading youth care management for GGD Drenthe. Since 2016, Jan has been with Dokwerk Interim Management, specializing in change management and sustainable solutions. Previous roles include project manager for transformation initiatives at a.s.r. verzekeringen, organization advisor for Accare and CKC Drenthe, and various leadership positions within Cosis, focusing on social domains and support for individuals with mild intellectual disabilities. Jan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Hanze and has furthered education at Nyenrode Business University and Cardiff University.
