Ingrid Ligthart

Ingrid Ligthart is an experienced program and change manager currently serving as Program Manager at GGD Haaglanden since October 2022, focusing on strengthening infectious disease control and pandemic preparedness. Ingrid also holds the position of Change Manager at Lightheart since September 2022. Previously, Ingrid worked as Innovation Manager at ODMedia Group from October 2020 to September 2022, leading innovation and change management initiatives. Ingrid's extensive background includes roles such as Manager Projects & Delivery and Manager Strategy and Organisation at Parentix, where Ingrid was a member of the management team. Earlier experience consists of positions at Exact, including Senior Proposition Manager and Commercial Proposition Manager, and Interim Project and Change Manager at Interdependents, along with various project management roles. Ingrid Ligthart earned a Master’s degree in Industrial and Product Design from Delft University of Technology between 1992 and 1998.
