Roger Millar Finstlm

Roger Millar MBA FInstLM, FSOE currently serves as Director of Operations and Group Operations Manager at GGR Group since November 2018. With an extensive background in engineering operations within the British Army from 1995 to 2021, Roger held several key positions, including Head of Engineering Operations, overseeing a diverse engineering workforce and managing significant projects and staff development. Other roles included Senior Systems Engineering Operations Manager, where leadership of over 400 engineers was vital during periods of operational change, and Systems Engineering Manager, responsible for a military fleet valued over £200 million. Roger's educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from The Open University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of South Wales.
