Prior to these positions, Norma served as a Customer Success Manager at Blackpoint Cyber and held senior roles at Mimecast and Red Canary. With a strong foundation in technical customer support from earlier roles at Chrome River Technologies, Conga, and DaVita Kidney Care, Norma also brings DevOps expertise from managing a service team.
