Jolanda Ubels

Jolanda Ubels is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communication and advising roles. Currently serving as Adviseur Leren en Ontwikkelen, Adviseur Mens en Arbeid, and Communicatieadviseur at GGZ Drenthe since December 2005, Jolanda has contributed to the field for over 18 years. Prior to this, Jolanda held the position of Communicatieadviseur at Provincie Fryslân from 2000 to 2005, providing communication advice on politically sensitive topics and guiding large projects. As a Zelfstandig ondernemer at Orange, International Educational Services from 1997 to 2000, Jolanda led international higher education projects, focusing on communication and conference organization. Jolanda began the career at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen as Beleidsmedewerker Internationalisering from 1990 to 1997. Education includes a drs degree in Dutch language and literature from the University of Groningen and a recent specialization in teaching Dutch as a second language.
