Hannelie Engbers

Hannelie Engbers is a psychiatrist currently employed at GGZ Noord-Holland-Noord since November 2018. Previously, Hannelie worked as a resident in psychiatry at GGZ inGeest from April 2013 to May 2018, where involvement included an outpatient clinic for bipolar disorders and training in Mentalization Based Treatment group therapy. Earlier experience includes roles as ANIOS in psychiatry at Arkin and ANIOS in neurology at Spaarne Gasthuis, as well as a PhD focused on metabolic diseases and child neurology at Wilhelmina Kinderziekenhuis from December 2005 to December 2009. Hannelie holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Utrecht University, obtained in 2005, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree with a thesis on neurodevelopmental disorders from the same institution.
