Bernhard H Weigl is currently the Senior Director of Diagnostics Research and Development at GH Labs. Previously, at University of Washington, he held the position of Affiliate Professor in the Department of Bioengineering. He also worked as the Director of the Center for In-Vitro Diagnostics at Intellectual Ventures and served as a Principal Investigator for Flow Based Diagnostics. With PATH, he was responsible for leading the Diagnostics for Non-Communicable Diseases portfolio and directing the Center for Point of Care Diagnostics for Global Health. Prior to this, he was a Senior Partner at MicroPlumbers Microsciences and held various roles at Micronics and the University of Washington Department of Bioengineering. Bernhard completed his Dr. rer. nat., Mag.rer.nat in Analytical Chemistry at Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz and his undergrad studies in Chemistry at Universität Innsbruck.
