Rachel Lenington

Rachel Lenington is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical and health sectors. As a current Board Member at Global Health Labs, Inc., Lenington innovates to reduce health disparities in low- and middle-income countries. Previously, Lenington served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Development Officer at Athira Pharma, where leadership was provided for clinical development and commercialization of therapies for neurodegenerative diseases. Other roles include Senior Vice President at Seagen, Deputy Director at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and Director at Amgen, with additional experience at Deloitte Consulting and Accenture. Lenington holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington and an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
