Yvonne McBain

Yvonne McBain has worked in the corporate world for over 20 years, starting in 2000 with PwC as Director Internal Audit, Risk & Corporate Governance. In 2018, they moved to Bank of Ireland as Managing Partner - Group Internal Audit. In 2021, they became an Audit Committee Member at the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications and in 2022 they took on the role of Director Of Internal Audit at GH Research.

Yvonne McBain is currently enrolled in the Institute of Bankers (IOB) and is working towards a Certified Bank Director degree. Yvonne has previously studied Accounting and Finance at the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Yvonne also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General and Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Additionally, they have a Finance degree from Dublin Business School, a BSc. Computer Applications from Dublin City University, a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, and a Project Management Institute certification from University College Cork.
