Bob Kelley started their work experience in 1983 as a Project Manager at DEC Engineering. Bob then joined Engineering Services Group in 1988 as a Vice President and worked there until 2001. After that, they became a Vice President at Ghafari Associates in 2001, where they stayed until they retired in April 2019.
Bob Kelley attended Riverview Community High School from 1971 to 1975. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Graphics Technology from Western Michigan University from 1975 to 1979.
