Christine McDermott started their work experience as the Director of Human Resources at Valenite (Sandvik) in 1995 and held this position until 2004. Christine then moved on to become the Director of Human Resources at Mapal Inc, where they worked from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, they joined Ghafari Companies as the Chief Human Resources Officer, a position they still hold.
