Sara Molina

Sara Molina is a Senior Interior Designer at Ghafari Associates since February 2022, with a robust career in interior design and workplace strategy spanning over two decades. Prior roles include serving as the VP of Workplace Strategy and Design at Custer, Inc., where client collaboration and innovative design thinking were key focuses. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions at Progressive AE and Integrated Architecture, where design excellence and sustainability were prioritized. Sara has also contributed to the arts community as an Interior Strategist for SiTE:LAB and TEDxGrand Rapids. A graduate of Kendall College of Art and Design, Sara holds a BFA in Interior Design, reinforcing a commitment to creating functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.
