Daniel Ayihi Msc

Daniel Ayihi MSc, Assoc CIPD, Chartered CIHRM, Ghana has a strong background in human resource management. Daniel currently works at the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation as the Lead of Talent and Performance Management, where they are responsible for implementing and customizing a global electronic performance management system. Previously, they held the role of Unit Head - Compensation & Benefits/Human Resource Officer at the same organization, where they formulated and implemented rewards strategies and processes. Prior to joining the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation, Daniel worked as the Head of Human Resources at NEFF Finance Ghana Ltd, where they focused on attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining a superior workforce. Daniel also has experience as a Human Resources Officer at Kasapa Telecom Ltd and Phyto-Riker[GIHOC]Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

Daniel Ayihi has a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Abertay University, obtained in 2014. Daniel also holds certifications as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Assoc CIPD) from The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, UK in 2015, and as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (Assoc CIHRM) from the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana in 2009. In 2018, Daniel Ayihi obtained the Chartered CIHRM certification from the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana.
