Selaseh Akaho

Selaseh Akaho is a seasoned data professional currently serving as a Data Scientist at the Ghana Statistical Service since November 2023. Previously, Akaho held the position of Technical Project Coordinator at UNICEF Ghana from July 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities included coordinating the streamlining of spatial data related to schools in Ghana and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Akaho's experience also includes serving as a Geographic Information System Analyst and Technician at the Ghana Statistical Service, focusing on spatial data analysis and digital mapping. Earlier roles included Business Development and Marketing Manager at Real Living Home and Project and International Relations Manager at AIESEC Ghana, showcasing a diverse skill set in data management, business development, and project coordination. Akaho holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology/Earth Science and a Master of Science in Geoinformation Science from the University of Ghana.
