Aatif Jamal is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Safaricom Telecommunications Ethiopia PLC since June 2024, Aatif previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Vodafone Ghana from January 2022 to June 2024. Aatif's expertise encompasses strategic IT direction, digital transformation, and technology planning, demonstrated during their tenure as Senior Vice President of IT Strategy, Architecture, and Solutions at Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison. Aatif co-founded Tecrodile and SILBERZACKEN and has held various managerial roles focusing on BSS, VAS, and network planning at prominent companies such as Huawei Technologies, Asiacell, and Ufone.
