Esther Achiaa Acheampong is an experienced telecommunications professional currently serving as an Interconnect, Roaming & Messaging Specialist at Vodafone Ghana since September 2021. With a strong background in core network management, Esther has been a Core Network Supervisor at Ericsson since October 2014, assisting in providing second line support and developing the skills of NSS engineers. Additionally, Esther has worked as a Roaming Engineer at Milicom (Ghana) Limited since October 2009, specializing in second line maintenance and troubleshooting for roaming services. Esther holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Coventry University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi.
