Dande Ridhima has two years of work experience in the software development field. In 2021, they began working at BeeHyv Software Solutions Private Limited as a Software Developer, where they were responsible for UI designing and enhancement using React JS and retool, building website features using React JS, Node JS and HTML, and integration of new features to retool with JavaScript and sql queries. DANDE continued this role until 2022, when they began working at GHC (Good Health Company) as a Software Developer.

Dande Ridhima obtained a Bachelor's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras in 2021, having started their studies there in 2017.
