Mr. Shah joined GHCL in April 2012 as VP at Industrial Relations. He has been responsible for strategic policy formation for a proactive IR and overall statutory compliance regarding various HR policies and issues. Mr. Jayesh P Shah has a Master’s Degree in Social Welfare and expertise in handling difficult situations which stems from his rich experience in IR.
