Sanjay Pandey

Sanjay Pandey is a seasoned HR professional with approximately 25 years of experience, currently serving as General Manager HR & IR at GHCL Limited since July 2018. Formerly, Sanjay held the position of Head HR at DCM Shriram from April 2013 to June 2018, overseeing HR and administration at the plant level. Prior roles include serving as Deputy General Manager - HCGA at Welspun Corps Ltd from October 2011 to April 2013 and Manager IR at Hindalco Industries Limited from April 1990 to October 2011, where responsibilities encompassed industrial relations and general administration. Sanjay is also pursuing a PGDM in Personnel & Industrial Relations from the Indian Institute of Business Management.
