Adam Poole is the Founder of Safety Compass and currently works as a Senior HSE Business Partner at GHD, focusing on health, safety, and environmental management across various projects in Southern NSW, the ACT, and Papua New Guinea. They have extensive experience in occupational health and safety, having previously served as an OHS Advisor at Randstad Australia and held multiple key roles in health and safety consulting. Adam's entrepreneurial journey includes launching Safety Compass, which won the Good Design Award Patrons Prize, and is currently working on rebuilding the platform in its second iteration. Adam holds a Master of Science in Occupational Health & Safety from the University of Wollongong, among other qualifications.
