Anne Caldwell

Anne Caldwell began their work experience as an HR Business Partner at Willis Towers Watson in 2000. Over the next 19 years, they held various roles within the company, including Head of European HR Advisory Team, Global Performance Management Leader, and Talent Director. In these positions, they were responsible for developing and implementing people strategies, talent management programs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. In 2019, they joined Tower Insurance as a Senior People and Culture Partner and Head of OD, where they focused on driving people strategy and organizational design.
