Brad Swearingen

Brad Swearingen, PE, is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in transportation project management. Currently serving as a Senior Transportation Project Manager at GHD since October 2022, Brad has previously held significant positions including Project Manager at Otak from September 2002 to September 2022, Transit Infrastructure Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff from September 2013 to March 2015, and Civil Designer at Carlile Macy, Inc. from 1996 to 2002. Brad holds a BA in International Relations from the University of California, Davis, completed between 1985 and 1990.
