Brian Ruck is a Professional Engineer with over 35 years of experience, including 16 years at the Ontario Ministry of Transportation in various progressive roles. For the last 19 years, they have held increasingly responsible positions at GHD, AECOM, and Totten Sims Hubicki, specializing in project management for roadway and highway projects. Currently, as Vice President of Transportation and Value Engineering at GHD, Brian leads efforts to expand the company's transportation business in Canada and the United States. Additionally, Brian is a member of the Board of Directors of the Consulting Engineers of Ontario and serves as Chair of the MTO/CEO Liaison Committee. They are a Certified Value Specialist (CVS-Life) and have conducted numerous value engineering studies throughout Canada and several U.S. states.
