Carine Moussa

Carine Moussa, CMA, currently serves as Proposal Manager for the Federal Sector at GHD, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Carine was Director of Marketing and Proposals at MBC Group from November 2021 to May 2024 and served as Bid Manager at Roche from May 2019 to November 2021. Earlier experience includes a role as Bid Governance and Business Planning Lead at Nova Bus in 2017 and Manager of Bids and Marketing at STC SAL from February 2011 to January 2016. Carine holds a Master's Degree in Business Management with a specialization in Finance and Financial Institutions from the Institute of Management Accountants and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Lebanese University. Additional training includes a Project Management certification course from McGill University.
