Emma Rothwell

Emma Rothwell is an experienced environmental management professional with 14 years of expertise in various aspects of environmental assessment, engagement, planning, and sustainability. Currently serving as the Business Group Leader at GHD, Emma has a profound interest in environmental legislation, approvals scoping, conducting environmental impact assessments, and preparing environmental management plans. Prior roles include Environmental Subconsultant for Energex, where support was provided to assess environmental impacts of electricity infrastructure projects, and Environmental Officer for the Western Corridor Recycled Water Project, focusing on construction environmental management. Emma holds a Bachelor of Environmental Management with honors from The University of Queensland.
