Frank Penry is an experienced transportation professional with a focus on traffic engineering and transportation planning. Currently serving as the National Client Engagement Lead for Connect Vehicle Data at GHD since October 2008, Frank has advanced through various roles including Senior Traffic Project Manager and Senior Traffic Engineer. Additionally, Frank held leadership positions such as Section Past President of the ITE SF Bay Area Section in 2019. Previous experience includes senior traffic engineering roles at CHS Consulting Group and Winzler & Kelly, as well as serving as City Traffic Engineer for the City of Petaluma. Frank's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Traffic Engineering from California State University, Chico, and an Associate of Science in Engineering from Santa Rosa Junior College.
