Mike Foss

Mike Foss, ChPP, BCom (Hons), MAPM, currently serves as Project Director at GHD, embedded within the Department for Transport's Transpennine Route Upgrade Client Team, managing a transformative £9-11bn railway infrastructure program aimed at enhancing connectivity in the North. Prior to this role, Mike held various positions at Network Rail for 16 years, including Principal Programme Sponsor, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing a £2bn project portfolio and a £3bn electrification program, along with leading funding negotiations. Previous experience also includes roles at Railtrack Plc and British Rail, focusing on capital investment and finance management.
