Rachel Todd

Rachel Todd is currently the secretary at GHD. Rachel has previous experience working as the General Counsel & Company Secretary at Sodexo, a multi-national contracting service company. There, they oversaw a team of seven legal and licensing professionals providing a comprehensive range of legal and licensing services to the business. Prior to their time at Sodexo, Rachel was the Corporate Counsel at Event Hospitality & Entertainment Limited and before that, they worked as a Senior Associate at K&L Gates. Rachel started their career as an Associate Solicitor at Pinsent Masons.

Rachel Todd has completed a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and Risk Management from the Governance Institute of Australia, an AICD Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Masters of Law from the University of New South Wales. Rachel also holds a Bachelor of Law from Sheffield University and is certified by the Australian Institute of Company Directors in GAICD.
