Hazel Drabble

Hazel Drabble currently serves as the Head of Operations for ghd Australia & New Zealand, a position held since February 2009, where leadership includes managing Customer Service, Supply Chain, and IT departments, while fostering a customer-centric and continuous improvement culture. Prior to this role, Hazel held various positions at Zurich Financial Services from December 2000 to December 2008, including Operations/Complaints Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading a 150-staff Sales and Service Call Centre and overseeing a team managing complex complaint escalations. Throughout the career, a strong emphasis has been placed on leadership and team mentorship.
