Matthew Pendlebury

Matthew Pendlebury has extensive work experience in the commerce technology and consultancy field. Matthew is currently a Director of Global Digital Operations at ghd, where they oversee digital operations on a global scale. Prior to this role, they worked as a Commerce Solution Architect at ghd.

Before joining ghd, Matthew founded and served as a Director at MPP Consulting Ltd, a commerce technology consultancy firm, providing guidance and solutions in the SAP CX space. Matthew also worked as a Consulting Manager at Sopra Steria for a brief period.

Earlier in their career, Matthew held the position of Head of Solutions at LiveArea Europe, where they developed and implemented commerce solutions based on industry trends. Matthew also served as a Consultancy Practice Manager at OLR and Conexus, where they enhanced consultancy division skills and developed customers' solutions. Additionally, Matthew worked as a Principal Consultant at Conexus.

Matthew began their career as a Developer at Morpheus Ltd and worked as a Java Developer at EDS for several years. Throughout their career, Matthew has gained extensive experience in commerce technology, solutions development, and consultancy.

Matthew Pendlebury attended Newcastle University from 1995 to 1998, where they pursued and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics.
