Gary Fiddes

Gary Fiddes is a seasoned commercial manager with extensive experience in contract management across the construction and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as the Commercial Manager at Ghella since February 2025, Gary has previously held the same role at DECMIL from November 2022 to February 2025. Prior to that, Gary worked at CPB Contractors from August 2016 to October 2022, where key projects included the Spark Consortium for the North East Link and the Rail Infrastructure Alliance for the Metro Tunnel Project. Additional roles at WorleyParsons and Wood Group PSN contributed to expertise in contracts and procurement management. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Building Economics & Quantity Surveying from Heriot-Watt University.
