Terry Stroud

Terry Stroud has a strong background in commercial management and leadership roles in the infrastructure industry. Terry currently holds the position of Commercial Director at Ghella, where they have been since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Commercial Director at Ghella ANZ, also starting in 2022. From 2011 to 2022, Terry held the role of Commercial Manager at John Holland, overseeing multi-billion dollar rail and road infrastructure projects in the Greater Sydney Region. In this role, their responsibilities included implementing a Design and Construct strategy, overseeing commercial activities, and leading the commercial and F&A teams. Before joining John Holland, Terry was the General Manager Commercial Aus/NZ Infrastructure at Transfield Services from 2010 to 2011. In this position, they provided commercial leadership and support for various projects, focusing on sound commercial practices and effective risk management.

Terry Stroud obtained a Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering from Liverpool Polytechnic between 1977 and 1980.
