Vittorio Genovese

Vittorio Genovese currently serves as the HR Business Partner for Ghella in Italy since December 2021, overseeing various HR functions, including labor relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, and data analysis. Previously, Vittorio held the position of HR Management Specialist for Ghella, managing HR activities across multiple countries and implementing the SAP Success Factors platform. Prior to Ghella, Vittorio worked as a Project Worker at Piazza Italia S.p.A. and held roles in sales and recruitment at Optima Italia S.p.A. Vittorio's educational background includes a Master in Labor Law and Trade Union Relations from 24ORE Business School, a Master in HR and Social Recruiting from IPE Business School, and a Master's degree in International Relations and Scenario Analysis from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
