Carmen Colangelo

Carmen Colangelo is an HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as the HR Business Partner for McCormick & Company since January 2020, Carmen has previously worked as an HR Generalist at Enrico Giotti S.p. and as an HR Assistant focusing on Learning & Change Management at FORM&ATP within Leonardo BU Airborne & Space Systems. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Career Advisor at Università degli Studi di Foggia. Carmen holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Lifelong Learning from Università degli Studi Roma TRE, as well as multiple master's degrees in HR Management, Education and Instructional Design, and Educational Sciences. Additionally, Carmen participated in a PhD visiting program at the University of Derby's International Centre for Guidance Studies (iCeGS).
