Katerine Elena Higuera has over 13 years of experience in HR and consulting roles. Katerine Elena is currently the Head of Human Resources at GHENOVA, where they focus on understanding HR needs, driving organizational effectiveness, and implementing talent strategies. Previously, they served as the Head of Human Management at Promotora Bocagrande S.A, overseeing various HR functions. Katerine also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Profesional Independiente sector Consultoría y Formación, specializing in health and safety at work. Katerine Elena has experience in talent management, recruitment, selection, and psychosocial risk assessment. Earlier in their career, Katerine was an HR Coordinator at Temporal del caribe and International Safety Equipment. Katerine Elena started their career as a Recruiting Psychologist at Coltempora, leading recruitment and selection processes in the financial sector.
