Rafael Pacheco Ramos serves as the Civil Engineering Head Manager at GHENOVA since August 2022, following a decade of experience at Abengoa where roles included Engineering Manager for energy projects, Manager of Civil Engineering, and Civil Engineering Technical Manager. Notable projects include the Velilla Sur photovoltaic plant, various large-scale photovoltaic plants for Iberdrola, and the Waad Al-Shamal Combined Cycle Hybrid Power Plant in Saudi Arabia.
