Amy Cronk

Amy joined Ghent Landscape in 2016. As the HR Manager, she is responsible for employee recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, and health and safety management. Amy attended the University of Guelph for Business Administration and graduated from the George Brown College at the top of her class with an advanced diploma in Human Resources Management. She is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association and currently pursuing her Canadian Human Resources Professional designation.

Amy works daily towards creating a workplace that is safe, open, and engaging for all employees. She believes whole-heartedly that a company is only as good as the people that work there and, as a result, she works hard to recruit and retain a group of employees who are positive, passionate and talented in their fields.
