Bernadette Tuerlinckx

Bernadette Tuerlinckx is a highly experienced legal professional with a diverse background in corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Ghent University since September 2009, Bernadette provides extensive in-house legal advice to corporate clients. Additionally, Bernadette fulfills the role of Legal Counsel for PROVAXS, offering specialized legal support in industry collaborations. Previous experience includes a consultancy position at Corporate Consult from 2012 to 2015, where Bernadette advised SMEs on corporate law and governance matters. Additionally, Bernadette worked as a Company Lawyer at the Bar of Kortrijk for over 13 years, along with earlier roles at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and the Bar of Leuven. Bernadette holds a Master’s degree in Law and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance from KU Leuven.
