Cornelia Klocker

Cornelia Klocker is a Senior Researcher at Ghent University since September 2022. Prior to this role, Klocker served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Konstanz from April 2019 to September 2022 and as an Associate Tutor at Birkbeck, University of London from October 2016 to February 2019. Klocker gained practical experience as a Legal Intern at the European Human Rights Advocacy Centre in late 2015. Academically, Klocker holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Collective Punishment and Human Rights from Birkbeck, University of London (2016-2018), a Master’s Degree in International Law from the University of Sussex (2014-2015), and a Mag. iur. in Law from Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg (2010-2014).
