Jamie Roberts

Jamie Roberts is an accomplished Satellite Operations Specialist at GHGSAT since January 2023, with a robust background in spacecraft operations and engineering. Prior experience includes serving as the Spacecraft Operations Engineering Team Lead at MDA from July 2018 to December 2022 and as a Satellite Operator at the University of Calgary from March 2013 to June 2018. Jamie also worked as an assembly, integration, and test contractor at Magellan Aerospace for one year and gained foundational knowledge while studying astrophysics and physics as a student at the University of Calgary from September 2007 to December 2012. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science in Astrophysics, and research experience includes analyzing sulfur compounds and conducting studies on oil sands and hazardous materials.
