Emily Wu

Emily Y. Wu 吳怡慈 is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in producing and creating content that addresses urgent social issues and fosters cultural exchange. As the Executive Producer and Co-Founder of Ghost Island Media 鬼島之音 since January 2019, Emily manages a diverse range of video and audio podcasts. Noteworthy projects include serving on juries for prominent festivals such as the Dubai Lynx and Cannes Lions, as well as being recognized as an Asia 21 Next Generation Fellow in 2023. Previously, Emily produced and hosted "Game Changer with Emily Y. Wu," a TV show featuring emerging leaders in Taiwan, and has held key production roles in various media organizations. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Arts from Wellesley College and has completed studies at the Rhode Island School of Design.
